Announcing the All-New 2012 Kia Rio5

Palm Kia, located at 2305 SW College Rd Ocala, FL, is expecting the 2012 Kia Rio5 to arrive in our showroom any day now. And we couldn't be more excited to share all of the updates it's received since 2011, including a price cut of almost $1,500!

The 2012 Rio5's MSRP of $14,350 alone is impressive. But it gets even better after taking a look at the list of refreshers and available add-ons. One really exciting feature added in the redesign is start-stop technology. Usually only available on luxury cars, the start-stop feature turns the engine off when the vehicle is not in motion (like at a stop light or when stuck in traffic). It's available as part of a $400 Eco option, and substantially increases fuel economy.

Available in two trims, the 2012 Kia Rio5 is powered by a 138-hp, 1.6-liter GDI four-cylinder engine matted to either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic transmission. The manual transmission is available only on the LX trim level, which also features power steering, tilting steering wheel, AC, a CD player, and a split, folding rear seat. The SX trim comes with available 15-inch wheels, metal pedals, sporty rear spoiler, fog lights and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.  And, ss far as gas mileage, the manual-transmission Kia Rio5 promises 35 mpg highway/32 mpg city, and the automatic transmission bumps the gas mileage up to 38 mpg highway/32 mpg city.

Both the Kia Rio5 and the Rio four-door sedan are expected to arrive at Palm Kia by January, at the latest. Contact us via our website or by phone at (877) 298-9494 for more details on either of these, or any of the other new Kia models.
